Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

Customers have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to cancel their purchase without having to provide any justification. To exercise this right, please contact our customer service team.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened intimate products (e.g. intimates products or personal care items) cannot be returned.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact us at Contact@GoldenHighHeels.co.uk to obtain return authorization.
  2. Pack the product securely and include all original accessories and documentation.
  3. Send the package to the return address we will provide. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or delivered by mistake.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 30 days using the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exceptions

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Opened items that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons.
  • Sale items unless defective or damaged.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours or before the item is shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer guaranteed. Please contact us as quickly as possible.
